In 2010 Maurizio Giambria founded his own fashion-label in his home of choice Vienna. For his evening and cocktail robes he adopts the glamour of film icons in a modern and exciting way. His work as a costume designer was essential in mastering the art of a glamorous entrance. His dresses are custom-designed in Vienna and worn by stars and celebrities to the most prestigious events.

About Maurizio Giambra

„At the beginning there was the huge marble table in the kitchen of my mother. It was there where she tailored her clothes. I remember standing by her side with wondering children’s eyes. She asked me in front of the huge mirror in our bedroom if I could see any faults at all in her new creations. It was the magic of seeing a new dress made from a few meters of fabric that still fascinates me today.”

After growing up in Sicily Maurizio Giambra came to Rome to study at the „Accademia di Moda e Costume“. His destiny then brought him to Vienna. He worked for a few years in the field of theatre and film before he discovered his real passion: Fashion.

In 2010 he founded his own label in Vienna. Today he owns two stores in the eight district of the Austrian capital and creates individual evening wear, ball dresses, cocktail dresses, business fashion and bridal fashion.
