a) Browser data 

When you visit my website, the personal data that your browser automatically transmits to my server is collected. These are:

– Date and time of visit, time zone difference from Greenwich Mean Time (GMT)

– Access Status/HTTP Status Code

– each transmitted amount of data

– the website from which you access our website.

The collection of this data is technically necessary to display my website and to ensure its stability and security. The legal basis for this is Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 lit. f) GDPR.

b) Cookies 

Furthermore, when you visit my website, so-called "cookies" are stored on your computer. Cookies are small text files that are assigned to your browser and stored on your hard drive. Cookies cannot run programs or transmit viruses to your computer. They are used for technically error-free operation

My website uses session cookies. These store a so-called session ID, with which various requests from the browser can be assigned to a common session. This allows the computer used to be recognized when this website is visited again. The session cookies are deleted when the browser is closed.

Cookies can be deleted at any time in the browser security settings. Furthermore, the browser can be set, for example, so that the acceptance of cookies is generally rejected. However, this may affect the functionality of this website.

If you contact us by e-mail or via the contact form, the data provided (e-mail address, name if applicable, content of the message) will be stored to the extent and for as long as it is necessary to be able to process and/or answer your request. The legal basis for this is Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 lit. f) GDPR.

d) Typekit by Adobe 

My website uses fonts provided by Adobe Systems Software Ireland Limited (hereinafter referred to as "Adobe") (so-called Typekit by Adobe).

When you visit my website, these fonts are loaded from your browser into the browser cache so that the fonts are displayed correctly. To do this, your browser establishes a connection to the Adobe servers and transmits the data specified under No. 2 lit. a) to Adobe.

I use these fonts to display my website attractively. The legal basis for this is Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 lit. f) GDPR. If your browser does not support these fonts, your computer uses a standard font.

e) Instagram images 

My website shows pictures published on my profile on the social network Instagram.

When you visit my website, your browser loads these images from my Instagram profile into the browser cache. To do this, your browser establishes a connection to the Instagram servers and transmits the data specified under No. 2 lit. a) to Instagram.

I use this function to be able to show you the pictures I have published on Instagram. The legal basis for this is Article 6 Paragraph 1 Sentence 1 Letter f) GDPR.

f) Links to social networks 

My website links to my profile on the social network Instagram.

This means that your data will not be transferred to Instagram as long as you do not click on or activate the respective link.

Only when you click or activate a link will you be forwarded to my profile on Instagram. Instagram then receives the information that you have accessed our website. In addition, only then will the browser data mentioned under No. 2 lit. a) be transmitted to Instagram. This occurs regardless of whether you have an Instagram user account and whether you have logged into it

are logged in. If you are logged into your Instagram user account, your data will be assigned directly to your user account there. If you do not want this assignment, you must log out of your Instagram user account before clicking or activating the link. Instagram saves your data as a user profile and uses it for advertising, market research and/or needs-based design of its website. Such an evaluation is carried out in particular (even for users who are not logged in) to provide needs-based advertising and to inform other users of the social network about your activities on our website. The link is made to give you direct access to the websites of these third parties. The legal basis for this is Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 lit. f) GDPR.

Please note that the websites of third parties themselves collect personal data. Since I have no influence on this data collection, I recommend that you read the respective data protection declarations of these websites in advance. Please also note that I accept no liability for compliance with data protection by third parties or for the content of their websites.

3. Your rights 

a) Your rights as a data subject 

You have the following rights with regard to your personal data: Right to information; right to rectification or erasure; right to restriction of processing; Right to object to processing; Right to data portability. Please refer to Art. 15 et seq. GDPR for details.

Furthermore, you have the right to complain to a data protection supervisory authority about the processing of your personal data by me. For details on this, please refer to Art. 77 Para. 1 GDPR.

b) Revocation of granted consent 

If you have consented to the processing of your data by me, you can revoke this consent at any time. If there are no legal storage obligations, I will delete your personal data after your revocation and no longer process it.

c) Objection to processing 

In the aforementioned cases, in which I base the data processing on Article 6 Paragraph 1 Sentence 1 Letter f) GDPR, you can object to the processing of personal data relating to you at any time for reasons arising from your particular situation file an objection. After your objection, I will no longer process your personal data unless I can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for processing that outweigh your interests, rights and freedoms, or the processing serves to assert, exercise or defend legal claims. In order to be able to check whether your interests, rights and freedoms prevail, I ask you to explain them in detail in your objection.
